Online consultation and health screening with Dr. Natalie Nguyen
This step is crucial for us as we need to understand your condition before you fly from abroad to Vietnam to meet us. You will have a direct online consultation with Dr. Natalie Nguyen and the doctor will address any inquiries you may have. A temporary treatment plan will be provided to help you grasp and comprehend the specific issues your body is facing, along with the corresponding solutions tailored to you. Each individual, each body, presents unique factors and medical conditions. Therefore, we sincerely encourage you to share openly with us during this session so that we can formulate the most suitable plan for you.

Online consultation with Dr. Khanh Nguyen 2 weeks prior to arrival
While there is already a specific plan in place for you, we want to reconfirm with you regarding the condition of your body and your health status two weeks prior to arrival. You will have an online consultation with Dr. Khanh, our Chief Medical Officer and lead surgeon who will perform the procedure. Dr. Khanh will need to assess any changes in your current physical condition compared to when the plan was initially formulated. This ensures meticulous and careful preparation that best suits your needs.

In person consultation with Dr Nguyen Thien Khanh and health checkup prior to operation
Before undergoing surgery, you will have an in-person consultation with Dr. Khanh to discuss and resolve any concerns you may have. After that, you will have a comprehensive health checkup including blood work, ECG, ultrasound, anesthesiologist evaluation. Procedure will be done at AVA Hospital on the same day if all health checkup is cleared.

3-5 days stay at the hospital with daily nursing care
Following the surgery, you can stay in the private patient room at our hospital for a complimentary 3-5 days at no cost. During this time, you will receive daily wound checks, manual lymphatic massages, LED light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy to facilitate your recovery process. At Ava Hospital, our team of doctors and nurses is dedicated to your comfort and well-being, providing attentive care to alleviate any discomfort and ensure a smooth recovery process.

Our team will continue to have follow up with you remotely but can also set up an in person appointment with Doctors or Plastic Surgeons who are Dr Khanh’s colleagues in Singapore for any required suture removal or wound check.
